A HUGE DILEMMA

We have been given two choices as to who will lead our nation for at least the next four years.

I have maintained a practise of either faulting both candidates or none. I do not believe in showing partiality even though I may believe strongly in views contrary to what the candidates may have preached.

I must at this point state that I do not like either Candidate!

On one side of the campaign trail we have a war hero who believes largely in what we have been suffering with for the past eight years. A nice guy, a bit "sleepy" looking but not my idea of a leader. And, I cannot vote for someone who "might" be the lesser of the evils "

On the other side we have a bright, great Orator who has captured the attention of the youth but an Orator does not a world leader make, in my opinion, especially a Jr. Senator with absolutely no experience that would qualify him. Yes, it is time for a change as he has repeatedly preached, but his idea of changes are too vague. Some of the changes he has expounded , such as increasing the cost of Social Security and raising taxes does not sit well with me.

As for Congress, well I had hoped for radical changes when they became empowered but they too have proven to be a disappointment.

The right of free speech includes the right of dissension. I know there are many who would like to keep the Polar Bears colder and in their minds eye, protect the environment. (Even some of my Sons ) I am more practical. If it becomes a question of the poor suffering because they can't afford to heat their homes or the Polar Bears being too warm, it is a no contest! Provide the Polar bears air conditioned homes but let's start digging and stop talking- we need, we have plenty oil offshore. It is time we freed ourselves from the Oil Cartel and the oil companies both here and abroad. Supply dictates cost. Let's reduce our dependency on foreign oil, lower the fuel costs of Americans and start digging now! At the very least, let's do some exploratory digging. Sure, I would prefer alternative fuel sources so the Polar Bears could continue enjoying their habitat, but thus far nothing but talk has been given us, almost as though any new idea is being suppressed.

All of the above is why, at this very opportune moment, I should be considered as your write-in Candidate. I have pledged to reduce the deficit and I will. I have pledged to reinstate the opinion of we Americans throughout the world, (Well, almost) and I will. I am adding a pledge, The DRP party will see to it that every home has an underground, safe fuel tank and that when they pump gas in their own vehicles the cost will be 25% of what it is now.

Now, if you agree with my philosophy, send me an email at THEDRPCANDIDATE@AOL.COM and tell me so. I will use that as my basis for becoming a write-in candidate. If you do NOT agree with me, keep it to yourself.

God bless you and God bless America
